School Maps Box
The wooden box as a paint holder. It protects and brings us closer to nature through the excellence of matter. More sculptural or three-dimensional, it is also a symbol and element of mystery. The box always contains a secret, a path. More fragile in their support for painting are the recreated centuries-old maps that were once hung in the classrooms of our grandparents, parents, or my own school. Remixed paths, invented destinies, or given life to these disused objects that historically testify to some cultures that have also changed over time.
With other cartographic notions, directions, orientations and distances from a new geographical or pictorial space.
